UESI’s Engineering Department is led by four Licensed Professional Civil Engineers all registered in Wyoming. They also have registrations in Utah, Colorado, and Montana. UESI has the experience and capabilities to perform a variety of projects including the following:

The WH Energy complex is located approximately ¼ mile south of the Foothills Subdivision in Sweetwater County. UESI was involved in the design of the site from initial surveying to completion of the development of the site. The design included the design and installation of a 5000+ foot, off site public water loop to serve the industrial site. UESI did the alignment location, wrote legal descriptions for the easements acquired for the waterline, oversaw the inspection during construction and all other Joint Powers Water Board required elements of design and inspection. This project also included the design and construction of nearly one mile of county road, 5 permanent buildings totaling more than 60,000 square feet, and the design layout of the site with all of the other accessory structures and elements of the site. The project required permitting from the Wyoming DEQ, Sweetwater County, Wyoming DOT, West Side Water and Sewer district, as well as meeting the requirements of the City of Rock Springs and the Joint Powers Water Board with respect to the waterline.
