Ken Walker P.E. Professional Civil Engineer, A.S.-Casper College, 1969, B.E.S.-Civil Engineering, Brigham Young University, 1972. Ken is a registered engineer in Wyoming and Utah. He has worked at UESI since 1977. He is a member of the Wyoming Association of Consulting Engineers and Surveyors and The American Society of Civil Engineers.
Cloey Wall P.L.S Cloey is a Professional Land Surveyor. He was educated at the University of Wyoming 1956-1963. Mr.Wall has been the surveying manager for UESI since he founded it in 1973. He is well versed in all aspects of surveying from intitial research to field work to calculations and final product.
Rob Young P.E. Rob earned his B.S. in civil engineering from the University of Wyoming in 2001. He graduated Magna Cum Laude. He has been with UESI since 2005 and is currently the branch manager of the Rock Springs Office. Rob is registered as a P.E. in Wyoming. He is currently taking courses from the University of Wyoming to obtain his LSIT.
Harry Moore P.E. and L.S. Harry earned his B.S. in civil engineering from the University of Wyoming in 1961 and did post graduated studies from 1970-1973. He has a professional license for engineering and surveying in Wyoming and he is also licensed P.E. in Montana and Colorado.
Gareth Powell P.E. Gareth earned his A.S. from Utah Valley State College in 1997 and his B.S. from Brigham Young Univeristy in 1999. He is registered as a P.E. in Wyoming and Utah. Gareth has been with UESI since 2002. He has experience in all aspects of civil engineering from design to project management.
Eric Wall LSIT Eric has been with UESI since 1997. He has 9 semesters of education from the University of Wyoming and 2 quaters from University of Utah. His areas of expertise are land surveying, construction, surveying, water rights and GPS.
